Your First Visit at Charlotte Chiropractic Center will consist of
specific procedures that are followed with every patient.
First Visit Procedures:
Consultation: The first important step is recording and evaluating you health history. Consultation indicates to both the doctor and patient what options are to be explored.
Examination: Your examination will be thorough and may include various tests to help us completely understand your condition. Our primary objectives are to relieve pain quickly and hasten your return to health.
X-Rays: An X-ray is like a life-size blueprint. We use state-of-the-art equipment and low-dosage techniques when such a view is necessary. In addition to assessing the possibility of disease, we look at the structure and alignment (subluxations) of your skeletal system. You are welcome to bring previous films with you for comparison.
Your Total Health Report: Enough time is allowed to completely explain the findings in your specific case. Recommendations for care are then mutually agreed upon.
What About Payment?
We want to be part of the health care solution-not the problem. For this reason, we offer affordable fees and have payment plans available. We accept insurance and are members of most insurance plans, including PPOs and HMOs. We even file insurance for you and accept Medicare assignments.
